General event information:

When and where is the event taking place?

Respiratory Professional Care 2024 is taking place Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th October 2024 at NEC Birmingham (Hall 4). The opening times are as follows:

Wednesday, 9th October: 9am - 5pm
Thursdays, 10th October: 9am - 4pm

What should I expect from Respiratory Professional Care?

Returning for its fifth annual edition, Respiratory Professional Care continues to grow and 2024 will see 1,000 respiratory medicine professionals from across secondary care attend the UK's largest free exhibition and conference for respiratory medicine.

Consisting of three theatres and a brand-new poster zone, the programme will explore everything to support the sustainable recovery of respiratory services, from early and accurate diagnosis, service innovation and tackling health inequalities, to long Covid, severe asthma, COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD), and pulmonary rehabilitation.

The exhibition floor at Respiratory Professional Care presents the UK's largest showcase of products, innovations, and solutions for elevating the provision of respiratory medicine within secondary care, with more than 75 companies on hand to demonstrate how your department can increase efficiencies and improve patient outcomes.

I've registered but can no longer attend - how can I cancel my delegate pass?

We appreciated that your time is precious and so you don't have to attend the event for the whole two days - you can come for as little as an hour. However, if you know you 100% are no longer able to attend, we ask that you cancel your delegate registration using the online cancellation form in order to avoid being invoiced for non-attendance.

How do I register as an international delegate or commercial delegate?

If you reside outside the UK, are not a UK-registered healthcare professional, or work for a commercial company you will not qualify for free ticket but can purchase passes. Commercial passes are priced at £695+VAT

Your paid delegate badge will provide you access to both the exhibition and all conference and workshop theatres.

Will my attendance entitle me to CPD hours/points?

Yes, the Respiratory Professional Care conference programme is CPD accredited. All delegates attending CPD sessions (and who are correctly scanned in/out of the conference theatre for each relevant session) will be awarded CPD certification.

How and when will I get my CPD certificate?

CPD certificates will be emailed to all eligible delegates within 8 weeks after the show.

What if I don't receive my CPD certificate within 8 weeks after the show?

If you don't receive your CPD certificate within the expected time frame, please contact the Event Team on respiratorypc@closerstillmedia.com - please ensure to include your full name and badge code in your email. Your badge code can be found in your original registration confirmation email.
